fantastic stay!

spacious suite really good view attentive staff

the hotel consists of several distinct buildings within a large resort. our junior suite had a sea view, was spacious, and very clean. the buffet offered high quality and variety. all staff members were eager to assist with a smile! the beach is also close, and includes a very nice bar.

i found one minor issue, the gym was temporarily closed for maintenance , requiring use of facilities at a nearby sister hotel.

staff provided prompt and friendly assistance throughout my stay. requests were handled efficiently, and i found employees to be consistently helpful. they addressed any concerns quickly!

I adored my suite. It had a direct way to the coast. Staff was very attentive. The service provided really met my expectations. Pools were pristine and enjoyable.

The breakfast buffet included many options. There were gluten-free bread and cereals. Plant-based milk was also available. The grounds were well maintained and nice.

Check-in was slow. The front desk worker manually entered our passports. The restaurant staff seemed inexperienced and slow. They forgot items regularly.
